Returns
Customers may return eligible unused products within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return and refund:
Hardware must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, components, documentation, and materials.
Software licenses, subscriptions, digital products, activation codes, or similar services must not have been activated, accessed, or used.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Danger Zone Safety Technologies.
Products that are damaged, altered, incomplete, missing components, or otherwise not returned in their original condition may be refused or may be subject to additional deductions from the refund.

Refunds
Once your returned product or refund request is received, Danger Zone Safety Technologies will inspect the returned hardware and/or verify that any applicable software licenses, subscriptions, or digital services remain unused.
We will notify you once the return has been reviewed and advise you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less the applicable 15% restocking fee and any other authorized deductions.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The amount of time required for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
