Our Return Policy

Returns

Customers may return unused products within (30) calendar days from the original purchase date. A one-time 10% restocking fee may be applied. To be eligible for a refund, any subscriptions must be unused by the user and any hardware must be returned in its original packaging and condition. A one-time, 10% administrative restocking fee may be applied to any returns. Customer is responsible for providing proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will verify that any subscriptions remain unused and promptly notify you that we have received your request. We will periodically notify you on the status of your refund after verification. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
