We collect Personal Information directly from you, from your organization (if your account is provided by an employer/customer), and from service providers who support the Service.

b) Usage & Device Information (Non-Personal Information)

Information that does not directly identify you, such as:

* IP address and general location (city/region level)

* Referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, session timestamps

* Performance and diagnostic data

We collect this data via cookies, SDKs, web beacons, and similar technologies. See **Section 6** (Cookies & Similar Technologies).

c) Sensitive Data

We do **not** seek to collect sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation, health data) unless required for a specific program or by law and disclosed to you at the point of collection.

*Service Providers (Processors):** Cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, payment processing, LMS, and related vendors who process information on our behalf under written contracts.

*Enterprise Customers:** If you use the Service through your employer or another organization, we may share training status and related information with that organization per our agreement with them.

*Legal & Safety:** To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others; and to enforce our agreements and policies.

*Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets (see **Section 11**). We will take steps to ensure the recipient continues to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

*We do not permit our Service Providers to use your Personal Information for their own marketing.

5) Data Retention

*We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Training records are retained as described in **Section 12**. Where feasible, we anonymize or aggregate data when it is no longer needed in identifiable form.

12) Training Records (Industry & Accreditation Requirements)

Many training programs have specific regulatory or accreditation record-keeping requirements. We will:

*Maintain customer training records **securely** for the applicable period required by law, contract, or accreditation body (typically **3–7 years** unless a longer period applies).

*Store records on Company systems and/or approved vendor platforms that implement HTTPS/TLS in transit and industry-standard encryption at rest.

*Make records available to authorized customer administrators upon request and, where legally permitted, to trainees.

*Delete or archive records upon request once retention obligations have been satisfied.

**Note:** If your organization requires different retention periods, those terms will govern for accounts managed by that organization.
